Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information for full refund or store-credit. Your rug must be in original "as new" condition with no signs of usage, damage, or pet hairs. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Pazyryk staff.
• Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.
• The shipper is responsible for the cost associated with returning the item(s).
• Please email info@pazyrykart.com for return shipping address prior to shipping your item(s) back.
